Strawberry, banana, & green tea sorbet:

1 cup frozen strawberry slices
1/2 cup frozen banana slices
1/4 cup cold green tea simple syrup (recipe below)

Combine ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Place in airtight container & freeze. It takes 4-5 hours to set.

Green tea simple syrup:

1 cup water
1 cup sugar
4 green tea bags

Combine water & sugar in sauce pan. Heat mixture over medium  heat, whisking periodically. Once mixture comes to a boil, turn off the heat. Steep tea bags in syrup for about 5 minutes. Pour syrup into glass container, cover, & refrigerate.
